Return & Refund Policy

At Drip Den, we work hard to bring you streetwear that feels fresh, bold, and made for everyday hustle. If your order isn’t a perfect fit, here’s how our return and refund process works.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased on sale, discounts, or limited edition drops are not eligible for returns.

  • Accessories and gift cards are also non-returnable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at support@dripden.in with your order details and reason for return.

  • Our team will review your request and provide the return shipping address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval/rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not support direct exchanges.

  • For a different size/product, please return your item and place a new order

 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping costs).
