At Drip Den, we work hard to bring you streetwear that feels fresh, bold, and made for everyday hustle. If your order isn’t a perfect fit, here’s how our return and refund process works.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
Products purchased on sale, discounts, or limited edition drops are not eligible for returns.
Accessories and gift cards are also non-returnable.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@dripden.in with your order details and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide the return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval/rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not support direct exchanges.
For a different size/product, please return your item and place a new order
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping costs).
